Enables the Subscriber Air-Interface IP Address and the Mobile Computer IP Address to be generated by the radio's Host Software for the current Conventional - Data Profile.
When the Data Profile Type field is set to "Conventional" or "Conventional & Broadband", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
